"Awesome Support"
Fantastic service and lightning-fast shipping! There was a manufacturing issue, but the help we got was incredible. They shipped a replacement the very next day, and we’re really pleased with the kayka. Definitely recommend it!

Inflates without hassle.
Floats nicely.
Paddle works great.
Everything packs away tidy.
So far, everything's been good.
Took the kayak out on a peaceful river.
Not too sure about the seats at this point.

"Excited about my new kayak!"
I placed an order for my new kayak on a Friday, thinking it would be delivered the next day as the website promised. I got a bit anxious about it not showing up, so I reached out to customer service. They were super helpful and told me there was a 90% likelihood it would arrive on time. But since it was the weekend, I was still a bit skeptical because I really needed it for a road trip that Sunday. It felt like a gamble, but luck was on my side, and it showed up the very next day! I was over the moon. The service from these folks and DPD was top-notch, and despite my worries, they delivered, allowing me to head off on my holiday.

"Awesome Business"
Awesome business to work with! I purchased a kayak that had a bit of damage when it got here. I sent them some pics through email, and they quickly offered to cover the return shipping. Once they got the damaged one back, they refunded me without any hassle. In the meantime, I ordered a replacement, and it showed up the very next day, this one was perfect—really great gear. Both deliveries were next day, and I could track them with DHL down to the hour.

"Super impressed with this kayak!"
I’m really blown away by this kayak!! I had experience with a hard bottom kayak and was looking for something that’s easy to stash and quick to inflate, and this one checks all the boxes!!! It takes under 10 minutes to pump it up with the hand pump that comes with it, and it’s way more stable than the hard bottom version. It’s super comfy to paddle around in, and I really dig the little mesh pocket at the front for my dry bag.

Like some folks mentioned, I was a bit skeptical about buying from a newer company that only had around 60 reviews. But honestly, I didn’t need to worry at all because everything went smoothly, and my K1 kayak arrived just a few days after I ordered it.
